Cabinet Secretary/CEO State of Nevada EDC, Cabinet Secretary State of Wyoming EDC (Wyoming Business Council), COO of the Global IDRC/CoreNet Global Assn (Worldwide Corporate Real Estate Holding Company Executives, Economic Development Professionals and Government officials managing 40 billion sf of space worldwide), Adjunct Faculty and Guest Lecturer in Corporate and Commercial Real Estate masters programs at Johns Hopkins University and Geirgetown University.

CEO - S.E. Denver/DTC Econmic Development Council (The Partnership), Boulder Valley & Longmont Economic Development Assn, Western Nebraska's High Plains Economic Development Council ( six agency consortium), and S. Suburban Metro Washington D.C./Charles County MD Regional Economic Development Department.

Author of a number of research reports on global capital movements, corporate investments, the new evolving world government, global, local, regional and national  localized trends involving business real estate and major infratructure development activities..

Project and program history  includes conceptional start ups, new legislation transition to standing organizations, modernization and performace restructurings and competitive position enhancements.
